Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Kickoffy ("we", "us", "our") handles your information when you use any game published by Kickoffy (each a "Game") on the Amazon Appstore, Google Play or any other store. It is a single policy that applies to all of our Games.
1. The short version
- No accounts, no sign-up and no email collection.
- Your progress, coins, unlocks and settings are stored only on your device.
- Our games contain no ads and no in-app purchases.
- Our games do not collect, send or share any personal data.
- We never sell personal data.
2. Data stored on your device
Game progress such as unlocked levels, vehicles, characters, coins, high scores, language and sound settings is saved only on your device in the Game's private storage. We operate no game servers and we cannot read this data. Deleting the Game deletes it.
3. Analytics and crash reports
Our Games do not include analytics or crash reporting SDKs and do not send any data to us or to third parties.
4. Advertising
Our Games contain no ads and no advertising SDKs. We do not use advertising identifiers.
5. Purchases
Purchases are processed by the store you downloaded the Game from (Amazon or Google). We never receive your payment details, name or store account credentials. Refunds are handled by the store according to its policies.
6. Permissions
Our Games request only the permissions they need to run, typically keeping the screen awake during play and vibration for haptic feedback. We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location.
7. Children
Our Games are made for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Data retention and security
Because we hold no copy of your game data, there is nothing for us to export or erase on our side. Your game data stays on your device until you uninstall the Game.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. Since we do not identify you, the practical way to exercise these rights is to delete the Game, reset your advertising identifier in your device settings, or contact us at the address below.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of a Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
